It varies by item. Since we still print sale items to order, production typically takes 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery depends on the product type (e.g., Mugs often arrive faster than Puzzles).

Do you offer international shipping?

It depends on the loot.

  • Mugs, T-shirts, and Sweatshirts: Ship worldwide.
  • Hoodies and Puzzles: Currently US Only due to high international shipping costs.
  • Tote Bags: Ship to the United States, United Kingdom and the European Union.

What is your returns and guarantee policy for sale items?
