When will my loot arrive?
Since every item is made to order, we need 1–5 business days to print and pack your gear before it ships.
Once your gear ships, how long does it take? It varies by product and your region. (For example, mugs often arrive faster than sweatshirts). Please check the specific product page for the most accurate estimate.
General shipping guidelines:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- Europe: 3–15 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5–15 business days
How do I track my order?
As soon as your gear ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If you have multiple shipments, you’ll get a link for each one.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't panic! Because we use specialized printers for different items (e.g., mugs vs. sweatshirts), your gear might ship from different locations. If one item arrives first, the rest of your order is close behind. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.
Note: Some items are restricted to specific countries due to shipping costs. Please make sure to select your region in the site menu. Once selected, the collection will update to show exactly what is available to you (and hide anything that isn't, like certain hoodies or puzzles).
Will I have to pay customs fees?
In most cases, no. We route orders to local production centers where possible (e.g., EU orders printed in the EU) to avoid this. However, if an item has to cross a border (like shipping to Canada from the United States), customs fees may apply. These fees are controlled by your local government and are your responsibility to pay.
My gear arrived damaged or defective. What now?
If your loot took a critical hit during shipping or has a print error, we will make it right.
How to claim: Email support@geekygearing.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Because every product is custom-made specifically for you when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind.
Please check the size guide on every product page before you buy. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfier fit.
How can I pay for my gear?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks.
How do I wash my apparel?
To keep your prints looking legendary:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out.
- Tumble dry low (or hang dry for extra longevity).
- Do not iron directly on the print.
