  • Custom-Made Products:
    • All sales are final for custom-made products unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    • Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Evidence:
    • Attach clear photo or video evidence of the defective or damaged item.
  3. Resolution:

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Consumers

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

  • Exception for Custom-Made Products:
    • As all our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
